Torso Murders – The Company of Demons
The terror of the Torso Murderer returns in this horrifying, Cleveland-centric tale written and told by Michael J. Jordan. Jordan weaves dramatic Law & Order-worthy courtroom scenes, crackling dialogue, and true-life characters to explore the dynamics of this murder mystery in Cleveland. Readers and listeners are met with a haunting past, a game of cat & mouse, fear, anger, a search for answers, relationships, betrayal, consequences, manipulation and the desire for justice. Buckle up – this is one hell of a ride!

    Michael J. Jordan Bio

Michael J. Jordan and his wife, Linda Brown, divide their time between homes in Rocky River, Ohio, and Longboat Key, Florida. A trial lawyer and arbitrator for more than three decades, he has been recognized as an Ohio Super Lawyer and named to Best Lawyers in America. The Company of Demons is his first novel. The novel has won numerous awards including a Gold Medal at the 2018 Florida Book Awards, it was a Popular Fiction category Winner at the 13th Annual National Indie Excellence Awards, a Crime Fiction category Finalist, 2019 International Book Awards, and is a Mystery/Suspense category Best Seller on Amazon. The goal of the Cleveland Stories Dinner Party is to bring to life some of the fun, interesting stories about Cleveland’s past – from sports, to rock ‘n roll, to Millionaire’s Row, — the series will focus on tidbits from Cleveland’s past that will really thrill the audience. The Music Box is presenting this series in partnership with the Western Reserve Historical Society’s new Cleveland History Center. We think the Cleveland History Center is one of the most important museums in Cleveland. An unknown gem that Clevelanders should know more about, and support. It is the only museum in Cleveland dedicated to preserving and documenting the history of Cleveland. The Cleveland History Center includes two mansions, the Crawford Auto Aviation Museum, Chisholm Halle Costume Wing, Research Library, Kidzibits Hands-On Gallery, rotating exhibitions, and the Euclid Beach Park Grand Carousel.
